I had an amazing time last night. Damn good show. My legs are killing me this morning. :)
This was my first time at Pacha. I can't say I'm too much of a fan of the place, but Nic and James more than made up for that. Of course its a very different vibe there then what I'm used to in LA. Getting into the club was a bit of hassle. Once I finally got in though and worked my way through the awful upstairs and down the the main room, it was all good. The sound was pretty sweet and I really liked the lights there. I loved the huge blasts of cold air and the seizure inducing strobe light blasts :p
I ended up meeting someone there who was from LA and visiting for the weekend. His friend he was visiting here was a fellow alumn of my school. Small world.
Anyway, ing great show. This was my first time seeing Nic and James together and it was amazing. They both rocked it. It was awsome hearing "Dark and Long" played out live :p I loved the remix of "Enjoy the Silence."
I also liked whoever was opening for Nic and James. Nice opening set. |

uuff they were amazing, played awesome tunes and rocked pacha..
specially Zabiela jumping every song made the crowd go Nuts.
"Roadkill" was awesome, and when they played Lucky Heather I went nuts.. Thanks guy I knew you were going to be amazing.

What was the track he dropped for about 10 minutes long, female vocal, really worked hard than slow??
Pacha could turn on the in AC, the heat was unbearable |

not sure what you mean...I didn't stay for Zabiela, but Nic was playing nothing even close to minimal. He dropped a lot tech house and electro, definitely not minimal though. I would be surprised if Zabiela played any either.
that being said, Nic was killing it when we left...destroying the place. The last time I was at Pacha was for Howells and it was like night and day compared to last night. Fanciulli was dropping bombs and had the crowd going ape . It sounds like Zabiela picked up right where he left off.
Good stuff in the basement as well. Mike and Frank were on til 1:30 and played a very fun set. |

| Last night was definitely a great time. The basement was a lot of fun and nic/james were ridiculous. Spoke to Nic for a minute, and he is a very cool guy for sure. Always nice when your favorite dj's end up being down-to-earth people. |
