G&D - TTD (Wippenberg Remix)

Ok, I tried the "search" feature but alas, couldn't find anything. So if I did something wrong and missed a post about this in the past, please forgive me :)
Any thoughts on this tune? I believe it's maybe a month or so old but I just heard it this weekend.
I'm loving Wippenberg's massive basslines (as with Needs to Feel) and the video on his Myspace page of G&D dropping it live was wonderful.
More importantly, anyone know of a release date? |

| i dont know of a release date, but there will be many remixes :-) since it is a "re-release" of tracking treasure down, 2 wippenberg remixes are to come, one 128bpm, one 131 bpm, both pretty different and gooood tracks, you can listen to both on wippenbergs myspace site. personally i love the 128bpm more! maybe you just ask dave if he tells you the release date :-) maybe he tells it. |

| the 131 mix is slightly above *meh*. the 128 mix is *meh* with 2:10-3:00 being very nice. |

| i haven't heard much from wippenberg. 'promised land 'was a nice poppy vocal tune. the 'needs to feel' remix is awful IMO and I didn't reallly like 'earth' that much either. i would like to hear this take on TTD |

Oh lord, I thought it was wierd he did it once but the third time using the same "electro" bass and RHYTHM in 3 different remixes for 3 DIFFERENT songs gets old.

Needs To Feel

I LIKE the music but it seems like wippenberg is just taking the concept from Should've Known and changing it a little, putting it with another song and calling it the wippenberg remix. |

I agree . When i first heard the needs to feel remix , i was surprised how its almost identical to the shouldve known remix .
Thats why this time , he did 2 remixes , one with the same electro bassline , and one completely different .
Although i have to admit , the 131 remix , with the same bassline , sounds very goood .lol :gsmile: |

| Haven't heard TTD but his remix to Dogzilla "Frozen" is kick ass. For sure it's the mix of choice. Can't wait to get a copy of it. |
