You should really do it as a part of a larger trip.
Last time I went I flew into London, then Ibiza, then Rome, then back to London for the trip home. Inter-Euro travel is so cheap, you might as well take advantage.
Just you might want to do it at the *end* of your trip so you're not ruined for the rest of it.... |

I just spent a good 3 minutes trying to find some smart-ass clip of someone saying "Denial ain't just a river in Egypt" with no luck, so you win. Dammit.

As some of you have heard Club Amnesia will be shutting down for 1 month.
First of all we don't know what to say, we are all shocked when we got the news yesterday.
But we thought everyone should know about this, since you the PEOPLE are the ones that have supported us from the beginning .
Club Amnesia , Dc 10 and Bora Bora have joined forces to fight this !
And believe us we will fight it till the end .
Our lawyers, as im writing this down, are doing everything possible for Club Amnesia to start June 16 , 2007. But as of now.. Club Amnesia Opening June 16, 2007 have been canceled !!
Lets all pray and hope that we win this fight !!!

You can take a taxi, but it gets expensive after a while. Probably be cheaper to rent some econo-box, but thats just me. |

never went but going this summer and we are renting a car.. can be very cheap if you're a few people to rent it..

Hello !! i havent posted on this forum for almost a year now !! :eyes: :eyes:
Just been to Ibiza this summer and i'd like to tell u about it...
I was there for 8 days, and had the best 8 days of my life, everything was sooooooooo perfect damn, i wanna gooooooo backk !!
okay ill start lol...
If u go there by boat its really cheap, for someone under 26 years old there's a promotion in Barcelona, Spain... it's 50 euro for round trip, the boat is about 7 hours from barcelona to ibiza. If u take the plane well thats more expensive, leaving ibiza i took a plane for frankfurt and it was 200 euro.
In Ibiza, the hotels are really cheap compared to other places in europe, i had a really clean, renovated, well situated hotel for 45 euro a night, thats a 3 star hotel, with breakfast included, swimming pool, big rooms ... really nice hotel, in amsterdam a hotel of this kind costed me 150 euro a night :eyes: !!
In Ibiza if u know how to make ur own food and do go eat in restaurants, and if u dont go shopping and ur not a junkie ... i dont see how u can spend ur money really (unless clubs and girls .. but ill come to that later :p).
Food is really decent, at a decent price. Drugs ,well pills are about 5 euro each, so its about the same price as in monteal ... And their Acutally good, no dirtiness, pretty clean i guess, no comedown, no headache next day, u just wake up perfect the following day...
Hash is cheap too, u can get some really good stuff for 50euro, and its a hugee piece .. maybe 7 grams.. :D .
In ibiza there are 3 places where everyone is, Ibiza Town, San Antonio, and Playa d'en Bossa.
Ibiza town is chilled, close to ALL the best clubs ...
I really liked San Antonio tho, alot of life during the night in the main streets. Then yet, san antonio is 75% british ... might be annoying alot of drunken british yelling all night long and doing stupidies. But u'll love their girls, really easy to get, they can call u up their hotel room from the window :eek: lol ull love it :p .
And u have cafe del mar, cafe mambo... in san antinio, its the place to be for sunsets ... AMAZING sunsets !!
Playa den bossa has really nice beaches, very beautiful, and u have Space nightclub there, and Bora Bora which will re open soon.
Yeah and it true that Amnesia, DC10 and Bora Bora got shut down by authorities... (La Guarda).
And its true their really fighting the drugs this year, so plz beeeeee careful, they're not joking around !!
U can get searching in ur car while ridin to a club !! :eek:
But let me tell you if ur with good looking girls in the car lol their wont do anything !! ;)
Inside the club there is no problem tho, as soon as ur in, ur safe, plus u dont get searching getting in clubs ...
Clubs now ...
Really expensive !!!! thats how ull spend most of ur money, if u go out !! Going to a big club (Amnesia, Privilege, Space, Pacha, El Divino, Es Paradis ...) is between 20 euro to 50 euro entrance, even presales ... Sven Vath @ Privilege was 40 euro in presale...
But u still can get sick deals like Special Sunday Nights and Day at space a 24 hours event called We Love Space with djs like : Danny Howells, Zabiela vs Fanciulli, Felix Dahousecat, Paolo Mojo ... for 25 euro presale... Drinks in clubs are rediculously high priced, so if u like drinking alot in a club, well OUCH MATE !!! a bottle of water is 6 to 8 euro, a beer is from 8 to 10 euro, a vodka redbull is between 15 and 20 euro ... when u change all in into candian money its ALOT !!! very expensive... Plus the tiest part is that the water in ibiza aint clean, it tastes salty, its like purified sea water .. eukkk dont drink that !!! do not drink that!!! Privilege is prolly the only club in ibiza where the water is decent !!
Clubs are really nice tho, the best ive ever been too !! Everything is top notch in the clubs ... i was most of all impressed my their sound systems !! really good sound !! People in clubs are really cool too , u have a really nice vibe in there that u wont find anywhere else in the world !! Girls are beautiful !! And they know how to party and have a good time !!
Not too many sketchy ppl as i heard, but prolly cuz i was there in the openings ... not THAT many ppl on the island, not like in august where everyone is just nuts... of course ull see d up ppl , but wtvr thier everywhere in the world .. lol and its ok cuz their having fun and dont bother u , usually .
If u live far from a club, dont take a taxi, too expensive, a taxi from san antonio to Playa den bossa(Space)would be around 30 euro = 45 $ canadian ...
Take a bus, night buses are called Disco Bus, its 2 euro ... way cheaper !!
What else can i say ...
Well if u stay there one week, with 2000$ ull be FINE !! ull have more than enough, just don spend 200$ of alcohol in one night ...
Be Careful and use ur money smartly !!
And i recommend u all to go to ibiza, it was worth every penny :).It really is the place to be in the summer, if u like electronic music and like to party :)
Plus the beaches are beautiful...
