| Oh, and after the peer pressure thing it was just plain ole addiction. Nicotine grabs you by the short 'n curlies and won't let go. |

I keep hearing that it's easier to quit a heroin addiction than it is to quite smoking. Not being into either I don't know if it's really true. I have see some people try over and over again to quit, but seem to go back. At least until the time the doctor points to that spot on the x-ray. |

I quit twice, in fact. Once before college, and then again a couple of years after college. Both times, the first two weeks were the worst. You just want to kill people those two weeks. Once you get past that, it's not so bad. But daaaaaaamn those are a long 14 days. |

you drink all the time...
I started smoking cause I liked the little head rush.
then as the head rushes stopped coming I didn't care anymore, I just wanted a smoke.
4 years later i'm still cool. |

i do drink every weekend, but only 1 day out of the weekend.. so technically i smoke 1nce a week.:tongue2 |

Seriously? Because I cant date people that smoke. Its repulsive. I dont even want to be friends with people that smoke. I cant stand it. You can be hot as all get out but if you light up a cigarette in front of me... ugly as sin. |

Likewise, pretty much. I don't mind if I have friends who do it, just don't smoke in my house or in my car and we're cool. There's just no way in hell, though, that I could date someone who smokes. Eurgh. |
