Quick quick summary.

Koroma: Thought he did a good job changing it up and keepeveryone on their feet, but if I walked into the room and didn't know he was on I'd think i was listening to A&B!!

What I'm saying is that his set sounded too much like A&B themslves. Even down to playing a couple A&B (well Oceanlab, but close enougH) tracks which is a BIG NO NO NO NO NO NO.

Would say he tries too much for gradient transitions between some tracks when he should maybe transition into it going on the basslines? Hard to explain, but more of a cut transition using the bass. Sometimes when doing the gradient transition, it'll just be too much and all you hear is loudness. Really liked the set on his own and loved how a bunch of his final tracks did have huge terribly long breakdowns.

Because that's how A&B opens it up, lol. They play a lot of tracks which huge breakdowns....and kinda annoying, if you ask me.

I thought the first hour of A&B had too many long-winded breakdowns. But that's just their style. A preference thing. But after that I thought they were teh bomb.

Overall, I really did enjoy their set!

Def a great crowd and Marie was on top of the lighting just about the whole time. Lighting was better than I have seen in awhile.

Sorry to everyone I had to throw out of the booth. Was helping Taj out last night and the booth access was very, very strict.

I walked in on the second half of their set and it's been a while since someone rocked me with trance like that...

DaveT, I like your review, seems like I missed a bunch before I got there.

Can't wait for Blurr's Review on top of dave's... He looked like he had an awesome time.

P.S.
What about A&B dropping GREECE!?!?!?! That was a fun little ride into Old School!

The first half of their set was a little slow for me, but last half i really like. My fav track of the night is whatever version of Sirens of the Sea they played. AMAZING! also No One on Earth was awesome.

Another GREAT night at 1015. I def enjoyed the classics too. Greece and my personal fav-Ferry Corstens rmx of Madagascar!!! Does anyone know if they droped Dogzilla-Frozen or Darren Tate-Echoes. These are 2 MASSIVE trance tunes I have been waiting to hear at 1015 this month but may have missed The Thrillseekers or A & B playing them?

Also meet some 1015 newcomers last night. A group of people told me it was there first time to 1015 cause they ONLY go to Ruby so I hope they had a blast!!!

HAPPY BDAY KOROMA-I HOPE YOU HAD A ROCKIN B-DAY!!!

I open for ANDY MOOR on JUNE 30th so I hope to see you all there!!!

What a great and fun night as always! My flu was almost gone except for a bit of coughing and sore throat. Tommy picked me up in his soon to be new beamer and was surprised Greg (Heylook_itsGreg) was is in it! He was let off the leash for this night I guess jk :p On the way to the city Shawn invited me over to his place so I asked Tommy to drop me off as they wanted to get to the club ASAP. Lukasz, Ish and Ted (EL TURBINE!) all showed up later and started to mix. Shawn showed me how to mix for a bit before heading to Ten as well. Took pics of his place as everyone in the DJ Booth forum here on TA loved his booth and asked for pictures of the place :)

Got to 1015 a bit after midnight, time flew by while at Shawns. Met up with everyone which was a task on its own when getting there late as I'm trying to get my camera out and having a gazillion people trying to say hi. Much more easier and chill when you get to the club early.

Koroma was playing in the main room and had the crowd going

I had lunch at BK earlier with my sister and asked for a crown to give to Koroma which I didn't take a picture of but I think Blurr or Artimus did. Sorry again about missing your bday dinner on Friday and first part of your set.

How many records did Alex bring this time?

Tony was all smiles when I asked if he could sign my Anjunabeats Volume 5 CD. Thanks again, you too Jono :D

DiscoDave and Tony who remembered him from the dinner in Detroit :)

I haven't seen A&B since Love Parade 05. At 1015 they played a really good set with a lot of classics but felt there was no progression but I easily overlooked that and just enjoyed the show. Anyone remember the classic Corsten(?) track that was played, Tommy remembers but couldn't help me ID it on the way home :(

A&B barley getting on w/ Frank showing Jono a text message to not trip or fall if I remember right :p

1015 was packed!

Lighting was better than usual. Good job Marie and other dude in the lighting booth :D

Hey all, the video will take a little time, because I am making myself learning video editing. I promise it will be the best 10 minutes.
