Well I used to. My sister emailed it to me and I had it saved in case anyone else every wanted it. Then some months passed and I couldn't think of anyone who needed it, so I deleted it...lol.
I'm also gonna Google some of the exercises and include links that show how to do them properly. Do you know what a ****** is??? :p |

| yup, I grew up with a guy, knew him from primary school & we played soccer together from year dot. He had strong personality & we had kick arse times as kids. We were still mates after high school & occationally partied together. He got onto the Meth & transformed, very similar to what Vivid is talking about. He did some weird , went a bit psycho; got busted by the law a few times for Wreckless driving, break & enter and of course possession of drugs. He ended up going to jail for a couple of years. When he came out he decided to clean himself up. Unfortunately he recently died from an over dose. drug. |

| i actually had a horrible experience this weekend relating to meth. i wasnt doing it but yeah. the jist of the story is i get pulled over and the cop IMMEDIATELY starts accusing me of being on meth. he cuffs me and puts me in the back of the car. i argue with him that im not. he threatens to test me. i insist on the test he then lets me go. thats a VERY VERY cut down version but thats the basics. |

Thank God I got the out of there. I've been pulled over and cuffed at least 3 times while living there. Bull. |

it's so funny how i had so much fun on meth. it was like the perfect coke high that lasted about 13 hours. it was ing great. no paranoia...just complete alertness and happiness. on the 3rd day, yea i started getting sketchy and i popped a whole xanax and went into a coma for a day or 2...but man, good times. lol
i actually have a story in the works about that weekend. it's hard to get motivated to write about it, but i go back to it every now and then and add another chapter. hopefully some day soon it'll be done and i'll share it w/ the cor:p |
