what has your progression through EDM been like?

Whats your progression been like through EDM?
I got into EDM in 1998 with Trance Music...about 9 years ago with Paul Van Dyk, BT, Digweed, Sasha, Tiesto.
Started goin to the Clubs in 99
Got into House listening to Deep Dish, Danny Tenaglia, Roger Sanchez
Progressed to Progressive House in 2002 (good times) with Trance on the side.
Started to drift away further from Trance as Prog Breaks came along Dark Prog House and Tribal of Yunus, DJ Vibe, Digweed, Lawler, Sasha, Anthony Pappa
Picked up on Tech House and Tech Breakz and Jeff Mills Mauro Picotto Carl Cox techno for a bit.
Now I listen to...Danny Howells, Digweed, Deep Dish, Masiello, Hernan Cattaneo for the past 3 years with some Minimal Techno on the side
How have you progressed through this music? It could be as short as I started with Trance and still listen to Trance mothaa! |

Well this is not Journey Through TRANCE....its Journey through EDM, its broader.
But is that thread a sticky or really big? Can you link it to me, because I dont check out this main forum as much. Ill delete this thread if theyre too close alike.

People who come in threads and in say "old thread" or "use the search". No one in sits on their computer refreshing this forum everyday...some people read casually and miss the play by play. lol!
#1 Sign your spending too much time on a forum is when you sit there and bitch about a thread that is made, especially when theyre asking 2 different things.

Trance is a Genre that is part of EDM music.
EDM has many genres that one can journey through...
Journey through Trance would mean...what artists did you start listening to and who do you listen to now in specifically Trance music. But thats not what im asking? |
