i don't think the crowd was so bad.
then again I spent most of my time at the Loft upstairs watching PvD on the Giganto screen. lol.
A/C, with no sweaty rolling ppl rubbing up against me, actually having room to dance, and still hearing the great sound system.
Lighting in the main room was outta hand. They really outdid themselves.
That laser had 10 different colors! Plus the lighting they added around the outline of booth and the poles in the club was sa-weet.
Is that permanent?? I know the laser is only brought out for special events. |

yup those lights have been theer since the week before WMC, and the laser has always had tons of colors!!! They just dont use them both often... |

Yeah my friend could have saved himself 100 bucks and get to the second floor for free .. so we paid to be around shirtless guys basically ? lol
Those lasers were sick!
PS: The verve - Drugs don't work IT's a pretty old track.. 90's I believe. |

Actually its Up The Tempo. Mandy reid is her real name but she uses it to produce a diff style of tracks. she has been around for a while and goes under Disco Construction, Mandy Reid, and Armandi.
She is a resident on my show, and has played it quite a few times along with a slew of other sick tracks that PVD is signing to vonyc.
she is also doing a remix for a track im doing.
then again..people here listen to 'talk' (to put it lightly) so im not surprised any of you even heard of her til now.
but nonetheless im glad you did. she is awesome. i taped all 6 minutes pvd had her song on to send over to her. they went crazy with the lazers during her track :) |

pretty much the best part of the night for me was when everyone showed up. i didnt like the set at all. some really good tracks here and there but for the most part i thought it left much to be desired.
i love sam sharp - deep, but come on do we have to hear that song AGAIN :(....and why play an extra 45 minutes in slooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww motion..... :conf:. this is miami if we want slow we will move to idaho lol |
