Beat me to the punch!!!!!

But honestly, anything GREEN. Toronto is seriously lacking warmth. I know it a huge metropolis, but I think a tree or shrub here and there does wonders. That green friendly building that SPITTY mentioned sounds lovely. I think its harder to alter what is being than how it is being built.

Living wall looks awesome. I wonder how economically viable buildings like that really are.

I visited Millenium Park in Chicago last week, and I think Toronto could definitly use a park similar to that. Not only does it have art installations, but they were interactive and interesting.

glad im the first to say:

Progressive House !

and:

Deep House !

On a serious note...more parks would be nice, or greenhouses like cloud gardens, just something with a little bit of greenery.

m2j won't you lose your client if you tell him that he doesn't need a condo when he just asked you that?

Promoters build condos for a reason, land costs more and more and the only to offset that is to build more and reap the profits.

How about a new restaurant, with a good enough concept it could be quite successful. I happen to have a good concept for restaurant, but im saving it for when i am able to make money off it.

Yeah I've been to that park, but it is HUGE. Do you think there is room on the waterfront to build something like that?

WE NEED MORE COWBELL!!!!!!!

Without a doubt, we need more green space. Even just more benches at street level - Toronto serious lacks places to just stop and sit down.

After being in Europe the last couple of weeks, it's pretty remarkable to see the difference. How many tree lined streets do we have? Everything is just awash in concrete and skyscrapers.
