Holy**** am I burned...

| Went to the beach yesterday with my nephew - 10am to 330pm - Im burnt to a in crisp. My nipples feel like diamond cutters. My skin feels like flames. I couldnt go to work because of it - I dont think Id last 2 mins outside without breaking out in tears. |

well, considering that i was on the beach for 6 1/2 hrs. without any kind of sunscreen (intentionally)... i think anyone would have burned. |

I did that yesterday when i came home from the beach.

| do you realize that the sun is harshest from around 11am to 3pm in the day, when it is at a direct 90 degree angle over your head? Spending that whole period of time under out without sunscreen ... what do they teach you guys in med school? |

Your point? Clearly it wasnt an accident that I was at the beach at that time.
The issue was, I had to keep an eye on my nephew the whole time, so when I knew it was time to flip, I couldnt. |
