Going in one week, out to Dana Point and Laguna Beach. Going to be a blaaaaaaaaaaaast. in', ya.

| I used to pretty regularly, but not for ages now. Last time I surfed was back in 2001 at Jeffrey's Bay in South Africa, which was ing awesome. |

When you give tips, then state ''I always wanted to surf'' afterwards - I just have a tendancy to not take your advice. Sorry ;) |

South Africa would be great! I've only surfed around San Clemente / D.P. / Laguna Beach. All have their good spots if you catch the weeks w/ large swells. |

Well who DOESN'T check the location beforehand? or read up on it? Pretty smart choice I'd say to do so. Regardless if I have done it before or not:rolleyes: |

| I used to live in Huntington Beach. I surfed all the time! Laguna is meh, it's really only good when there's a big swell and you hit The Wedge :disbelief |

hehe, you didn't get bitten or eaten at least... sharks like that bit of water as well. :D
Still that bit of coastline is one of the better bits of SA. |
