| i'm craving those comic book ads where the geek gets sand kicked on his face and then asks Tony Atlas to help him bulk up. You should find some Archie comics from the 70's and order that with some sea monkeys. |

An old school weight gaining trick that's easy on your budget is eating one peanut butter sandwich every hour that you're awake. It's hard to stomach it but you get used to it after about a week. I've been on this diet for the past 3 months and I've gained about 16 pounds of mass. It is very important that you hit the weights and drink only water or protein shakes while you're on this diet and don't drink any soda at all and stay away from drinks high in sugar.
Make sure to eat 3 healthy meals a day while on this diet and remember to add fruit and vegetables to at least one of the meals during your day, preferably lunch. |

| I had a friend who had this problem, no matter how much that ****** ate he couldn't gain any weight. He had to take that Mega Mass 4000 in order to gain anything. |

| hes not gaining weight because he simply isnt trying hard enough. If he really wanted to not look like a string bean douche he would go to the gym and work his ass off instead of thinking, "hey imma eat lots of big macs". When i was 14 i grew a foot in 3 months and was a lanky sonofabitch...to fix it i busted my ass everyday and it worked.(my metabolism is still high and im nearing 30). Weight training works if you find the right program for your needs. Also, when you are tall your arms never look as big as they really are due to length.I feel like a twig all the time but i'm 200lbs...basically i'm saying if we shared a cell i'd spoon you when i was done eye ing you:wtf: |

ahhh, finally, someone who knows how it is... THANKYOU! I'm going to hit a peanut butter s/w right now, I started out doing weights at the start of this year but had to stop due to a shoulder injury (motorcycle acco), although it's ok now, I just don't have to time to go to the gym at the moment, I have a membership for 6 more months though. why stay away from drinks high in sugar?? I eat very well, 3 meals a day etc... so you've gained 16 pounds in 3 months?? nice, that might not sound like much to most people, but thats quite a alot...

hit the gym with an intensive weight training program and eat healthily over 4000 calories a day and you will see results in weeks...all you have to do is keep at it.If you don't push yourself you wont succeed...trust me at one point i was 6 4 155 lbs...i know.
dont do cardio either for the first while.
walk on the treadmill to warm up but cardio is no good for what you are looking for.
and fat people are big boned and only have gland problems if you define the term as "im a dont ever stop eating fat bastard"...seriously |

cool, thanks!
what for example would 4000 calories consist of? I mean, how do you keep track? |

search online
there are many programs that have a set amount of meat vegetables and what not...they run down the exact portions. You have to eat the calories but you still stay away from the saturated fats and abnormal amounts of sugar. There is the opposite school of though that some mma fighters use to jump weight class referred to as the cookie diet, but really you need to research and decide what works best for your budget/body needs/and time constraints.4000 calories a day gets expensive especially since healthy foods cost way more than junk. Research this and it will really help. I know a guy who put on 20 health pounds in a month but he was resistance training with a proffesional trainer so dont expect results like that. Alot of fighters have their training programs readily available including techniques for cutting and gaining. Tons of this stuff online if you look
you pretty much need to eat consistently and often at regular intervals. |
