The key to losing weight: eating healthy and exercising.
I think if you want to do the opposite of losing weight, do the opposite of what is recommended. Therefore, eat unhealthy food and do not exercise |

i'll start searching online then.. thanks again for the advice, i'll get there eventually.. i think the hardest part is going to be the routine, eating is easy :D, and yeah, im sure there's no shortage of info out there on the net..
thx! |
the hardest part will be thos first 2 weeks when you can barely finish a set without pain. Seriously if you dont work out this is gonna be something you need to buck up through. Don't kill yourself but no pain no gain is a very true expression. Also if you start skipping workouts its usually over. Hard work will always be....hard. |

mother b!tchin twigs!!!! darn, I hade you. I'll take the other end of the spectrum over my spare tire from 18 wheeler. I'll gladly donate 80 lbs of my flesh at no charge. Let me know if you're interested.
Honestly tho, be careful what you ask for. however, if you are serious about gaining weight, I hope you consider mass, instead of fat. Here's how:
1. High weight, low rep sets. We're talking 8 reps max, with maximum weight
2. Lots of protein diet. We're talking protein shakes
3. Rest. Don't work out more than 3 times a week.
The work out regimen though should be to the max, with maximum resistance and SLOW. This will create bulk. You may need a partner to push/spot you.
I was working out with a guy back in the day - in about 4 weeks I put on 25lbs of MUSCLE mass. My BFI actually went down. Eating healthy is key, as when you're building muscle your liver has to work extra hard and eating junk will force your liver to metabolize bad fats if you eat crap like doughnuts and burgers.
So, stack up on tuna, mayo, watch the carbs tho - try to limit your carb intake and instead force your body to utilize protein, as it is a building block for muscle tissue.
Damn, I'm goin to gym tonight. I'll race you - if you like. See who has easier time - person who wants to lose weight or the one who wants to put it on. :D

dont do cardio either for the first while.
walk on the treadmill to warm up but cardio is no good for what you are looking for.
and fat people are big boned and only have gland problems if you define the term as "im a dont ever stop eating fat bastard"...seriously |
what he said but i wouldnt start off with just empty calories like pop or chips etc. just healthy foods. also 4000 calories seem a lot i would start of at 2000 a day |

| to gain weight eat your own feces and drink your own urine. this will ensure that everything you ingest STAYS in. try to drink your sweat if possible. |
