This is a competitive tournament, not a soup kitchen. Maybe this will wake up the US and make them bring their full squad next time as well as actually participate in more competitive tournaments in the future beyond the gold cup and WC. |

i know what you mean.. but i feel like all the other squads brought more guys who ive never heard of on an international level.

ya south america is very competitive... so there are good players there. |

what game did you watch? mexico did get lazy after scoring 2. I'm surprised how good mexico is playing in this tournement

the problem was with pellegrini (the chilenean coach). both had a big discussion and Riquelme was punished playing no more games.
I hope to see him playing again in la Liga next year. |
