I agree with you, it is not unqualified, however, I'm not certain that this thread really violates the hate speach laws. That said, my position is less based in law then in philosophy.... if you are to have freedom of expression then it needs to apply equally to everyone no matter how distasteful or agriegious that expression maybe because censorship is a slippery slope. Additionally, is it not infinately better that we allow the disagreeable to state their case in the open so that the more enlightened can address it and debunk it rather then forcing them to express themselves only in groups of likeminded individuals thus allowing them to continue unchecked and unchallenged?
