we'll start small like 5inch ones for the 1st week i say a 30-45min session a day is satisfactory.
Then go to 6-7inches for week 2 45-1hr sessions.
Then 8-10 inches for week 3 with 1hr - 1:30 hr sessions
Then 10-12 inches for week four with 2hr sessions everyday
If Jay can withsatand all this ass ramming action and not develop a lisp this Myth will be busted !!! |
