Do people actually believe in 'PLUR'?

| The first time I heard the expression 'PLUR' it was in the movie GROOVE and I'd never been to my first rave before, and I didn't know much about techno culture. Now that I've heard plur talked about by actual people, I'm curious what sort of percentage of ravers are 'candy kid' type PLUR following ravers, as opposed to some of the people in my school who are less happy acting and in fact are pretty mean...it seems like 'raver' doesn't do as good a job of describing party-goer activities/attitudes as I used to think it did, now you have to stick other words with it like candy raver and such... |

| It's a nice ideal but totally inobtainable IMO. It's not bull but some people overuse it and assume that everybody should blindly follow it, hence cheapening the actual message. |

hmm, i never seen anyone put that.. but when i do, i just have the stereo type of some raver kid trying to follow in with the crowd by saying plur...

that movie was ing stupid...no rave is like that. actually if i recall, most raves suck! |

PLUR is nice in theory...
but really anyone who goes around shouting "plur this" and "plur that" is bound to shoot themselves in the foot sooner or later through hypocrisy |
