Ive seen Dave Attel do live standup many times in NYC, if you havent seen him live, you dont know what youre talking about, you cant judge how good he is behind a TV screen.
I dont know how many people have seen the Dean Martin Roasts, but back in the 60s and 70s everyone was an entertainer. You didnt have to be classified as a comedian to be funny. Like Frank, Dean, Dom DeLouise, etc... But from that time I do wish I got to see Frank Winters and Jack Benny and all those all of fame comics perform, cause its ridiculously hard to find any recorded stuff by them now.

Peter Kay without a doubt. Billy Connolly was good before he started going downhill a bit with the hardcore cussing. I've not seen a lot of Eddie Izzard but I could grow to like him.

i DON'T know what kind of drugs you gotta take to make Daniel Tosh funny. Hell, he makes Carrot Top seem hillarious. For some reason I didn't like the new special he had on CC. It was too much like the CD which was 100x better than that special. Comedy Central also butchered it i think. I recommend giving the CD a listen. But yea he's out there, but i find him hilarious.
