I heard he sucked in SF last night. Damn, what happened to the Lawler I once knew? I wish he would play the same way he played back in 2002. :sadgreen:
I want some dark dirty tribal (like the old Lalwer)... not this cheesey commercialized electro crap that every other DJ is playing. |

i'm telling you, his miami set at twilo during wmc this year was the deepest, darkest, dirtiest house ever!!!!!! i mean for 4 hours my jaw just hung open and every track killed, one after the other!!! i spoke to people all during conference that said that was the set of conference and it was! the set of a lifetime for me so far.
i don't care i'm still gonna try and go tonight, he's my favorite house dj and i love him. |

| Lawler's been a favorite of mine for a while now. This is going to be my first time seeing him - I can't wait. JC, your guest list is $15 b4 11pm? The only reason I can see why someone would choose Avalon over Vanguard would be for Droog and all the hot Argentinean women that will surely be there. Arr :thepirate ! he played a lot like vanguard nye :sadgreen: i even texted him to play dark and tribal. he smiled and told me to get him 4 cups of gingerale first so i did, but i was conned :( |

damn that's crazy, damn lawler!
i will say this though that he played some of the sickest, darkest, dirtiest, deep bassline house at the vip afterparty @ Slide from 3 - 5am.
its almost like he burned up his mainstream/regular house records at Ruby and pulled out the dark/dirty house tracks for Slide.
i'm completely exhausted cos we all stayed till they turned the lights on after 5am then i drove 2 hours home. so pics and vids tomorrow but i think you will agree with me when i post the Slide vids ;)
PS. his Slide set upped his rank to my #3 fav house dj :p |
