Ahh sorry.
Ummm, how is a cactus a good gift?
It is dry, and causes pain when you touch it. I really don't want those types of characteristics representing my relationship with him.
Even if it is funny.
:p |

$400 odd should get around a 6month gym membership, depending on the place of course. Hmm, maybe hunt down some memorabilia/signed stuff from one of his sports stars that he likes or something. |
Really good suggestion, but he has a membership for the gym for the next like... 3 years, and whenever that runs out, he can go to his work gym for free.
I don't think he is in to watching sports as much as he is in to playing them, but even then, he doesn't have a specific passion. He just likes to be active. |

| Grab a wicker basket and fill it full of some stuff he can wear to the gym, toiletries so he doesn't stink and wrap it up :D |

LOL!!
It's a fricken anniversary present... not a "you stink when you work out" present :p
Nah, I appreciate the input, but I am looking for something a little more thoughtful and meaningful.
P.S. Brainstorming ideas will get the thought flow going, so I really do appreciate the suggestions... even if I shoot them down. |

I say spend some nice quality time with him.
Like dinner + movie or show that he wants to see.
or
if it's a daytime thing, breakfast and a bush walk or some new experience that he's been wanting to do but hasn't had the chance (g0t skydive?). you know what I mean. Sharing new experiences together is priceless.
or
weekend away.
That way you both win and the relationship wins too :) |

Hmmm, I was thinking of paying for a nice hotel room somewhere romantic, and then having his gift be something for me to wear later :tongue2
Good thinking :) I might elaborate on this.
Keep the ideas coming :D |
