I completely agree with you here. I didn't think it was fair and very unprofessional that it wasn't announced about Howells cancelling. Wish I had seen the thread that the_jerk posted about it being cancelled before driving all the way out there. |

It was a fun night: Boris and Ryan played great sets and kept people on their feet
I heard that Danny's flight was cancelled and he tried to get to another airport to make it over

You do realize that even if it was announced at 5 PM, maybe 6 people from this forum wouldn't have gone? The only people that it would affect would be die-hard fans/forum people. Hell, I wouldn't have known, because I was actually out doing something :)
Also don't forget it is OC, most people aren't there for the big DJ, but to go to a club. A majority of the people there were probably more like "Tentation is open on Tuesday too this week!" instead of "Woo, Danny Howells!" |
