I've been working on this for some time now and although it is not complete - I wanted to relieve myself of the burden of having to update several message boards with a list for Chicago events.

I'll be adding additional functionality to the site to list local artists, venues and record labels over time.
Any comments or suggestions are welcome - I want to make this site easy for you guys to use.

I checked my smartbar emails and you're right - though nadia was the one who provided me with the 8.13 date in a Volatl email.

Why are certain events capitalized...actually, they seem to all be Smartbar events...personal picks?
Clean looking template. The lighter bg on the sides seems to conflict with the white text... just my opinion. |

From what I've seen on other forums, James Amato has a serious addiction to caps lock.

| The smartbar emails that get sent to their media list are just the way as you see them on the calendar - all capitals with asterisks in between. i dont want to have to retype 12-16 events for each month, so i just copy and paste, it does not imply any kind of preferential treatment :) |
