heya everyone
all ive got to say is my dream came true, i had a moment with the big man himself and he acknowlaged me with what i was trying to say, so without actually face to face talking with him, a part of my dream had come true, when ever he looked at me during the night my heart skipped a beat or 2!
i was right up the front, directly infront of him majority of the night with walter, anita, ego, narc, raddles and sunrise
great to meet you sunrise and im glad that i could help you out! and cheers for the drink lol, ya kinda just whent *poof* and dissapeared lol, was looking around for you after i was talking to Dman and his lady friend ;) lol but yeah ya dissapeared lol, wraped ya found me down front though! unreal snaps man great job! thanks heaps!
now pplz bagging out stevie boy.... just relax orite! ok sure everyone has their own opinion (we hear this after every fkn event lol) i am on the VERY FOR STEVIE side of things lol, sure it was great that stevie got a tonn of extra time to play (congrats lol, i was wondering why you didnt get off at the time ya were sposed to but dude i was ssssoooo much happyer for it!). ya gotta put yaself in his shoes for a second... being sprung with the task of playing for so much longer has got to b EXTREEEEMLY stressful but yet exciting, i know i would b ting my dacks big time if it happened to me! so to adapt his set and bassicaly throw away any organisation for his sloted time, he did bloody well!!! so extreeeeeem congrats to the big fella!
great quality as per usual, you got the gig for a damn good reason and im sure the other bundle of djs who have worked their way into actually playing have to look up to you not in a jelous way, but in a good sport kind of mentality and congratulate you! i sure do bloody look up to you in awe lol! and its unreal that it doesnt go to your head and your an ass about it! your a fkn unreal dude and it makes your sets more enjoyable because of when i do actually get to drink with ya at meetings n stuff and talk to you that your down to earth and friendly, plus for actually listening when people talk to you and have a convo instead of "ill just look like i give a to make him/her happy and shut em up"
Im extreeeemly jelous when you shook the great man's hand when u were finishing up and he was starting!! lol
on that note, when everyone turned into total animals when paul came down to do some signing and everything, all i could hope for was to get to shake the mans hand and try say thank you to him... but i wasnt that luckey, just extreeemly greatful for visiting us and making me smile the whole night he played, making a very very long dream of mine to come true just cant b put into words, its priceless and speachless, totaly heartfelt gratitude!
Plus i did get to have my own little moment with him. what happened was that he looked directly at me, must have realised i was exstatic by my eyes and smile, i pointed to him, pointed to me, then pointed to my other hand with my index finger str8 up! meaning to say "you are my number 1" i dont know if he was just being polite or understood but gave me a smile and a bit of a nod.
highlights of my night has to be equal 1st possition for crush and for an angel as the encore! Both songs have massive massive massive significance to me, both tunes almost made me ball my fkn eyes out it was hitting me that hard and made me that emotional!!! very overwhelming!
you guys know who u r but im extreeeeemly sorry for giving you the s and for the "accident" i feel realy bad and still do, im so sorry! yas all know how excited i get and i just could not help but lash out at a few points so im sorry for the down side of lashing out, im sure you understand what this night ment to me! |
