S.N.A.P. - Rhythm is a Dancer, 1993.
First heard it on the television commercial for Dance Mix 93. :D
I was hooked with that song... now I *think* I already like EDM (euro) before first hearing that track... but I wouldn't know the songs, just that I liked the sound...
That was the first song I ever knew that I fell in love with and was absolutely obsessed over. It was like an epiphany.

Even though the classic still warms my heart and I don't *usually* get 'discover-ey' with it, I really REALLY like Greg Downey's new rerub:

I feel love - Donna Summer. I'm old.

I was always bordering on being an EDM fan since around 99/00... but the song that tipped the scales for me was "Try - Ian Van Dahl (Micheal Woods Remix)" followed by "Sunblind - Believe"... one right after another. Cheesy now, but back then, they inspired a complete musical paradigm shift.

Orbital - Halcyon & On & On
Underworld - Dirty Epic and Jumbo
