great pics as always drew!!!
i had a really great time saturday! vanguard was pretty empty until about 11:30-12:00. and then it never got packed but it was still a nice crowd. all the washers must have been at circus and avalon. no annoying, rude dancing people and the crowd was chill.

paolo's set was lots of fun with great bass lines mixed throughout. he never dissappoints and i danced to just about his whole set.

i was really looking forward to chus and ceballos's set as i have never seen them before but heard great things about them. i liked their first hour much better than their last as some of the tracks had the sounds of an accordiane in it or something. little carnival sounding for me but still had tons of fun. the guys were super nice and all of a sudden ceballos leans over the edge and gives kris and i wrist bands to come up and dance there. :D we were like oh wow! and then he was like can i get you something to drink? lol! but they were lots of fun and his personality reminded me of burridge just wild and crazy and fun.

good times good times. it was great to see some TA's i haven't seen in some time: clovis, bas and bunny, GPC and some regualars JC, and of course neinerlove and zsaint. and thank you bas, it's good to love you again :tongue2

Same same! And don't thank me, I should be thanking you :p

The track you're talking about with the accordian is probably Samim - Heater...too bad, I actually like that track a lot. It's so weird but I love it, I would have loved to hear it out. After Chus & Ceballos got on, I don' tknow what it was...something about the vibe or their tracks or something but I just wasn't feeling it anymore. They weren't terrible, but all the hype they have surrounding them is a bit of a mystery.

lol steve prior dropped "Heater" as well.

it went down well, people were like wtf accordian? then the bassline.. and people were dancing.
