they certainly played some more mainstream tunes, but i wouldnt say it was cheesy. i think the party was more about the energy and vibe they created, and some really fun layering/sampling/acapella work they had going on (think erick morillo). plus, it was really nice to get a break from all of the techno/minimal/techhouse and go out and hear some pure house music :D
does anyone know if this was recorded? it looked like laidback luke recorded his set, but i dont know about SHM |

Kwamen vrij laat binnen, maar hetgeen ik van de set van Eulberg gehoord heb, stond me zeker aan.
Väth was wat mij betreft echt het hoogtepunt van de nacht. Gewoon 3 uur helemaal los :crazy:
Extrawelt was wel aardig, maar ik vrees dat mijn verwachtingen te hoog waren. Bass werkte op n gegeven moment op m'n maag; niet fijn :nervous:
Pig & Dan sloten het event met glans af.
Echt een top feest! Leuk publiek, relaxte sfeer, voldoende ruimte (vnl achterin) en drinken was betaalbaar. Volgende keer weer dus! :tongue2 |

Die baslijnen van de SHM denderen nu nog door mijn systeem! :crazy:
Het was zeker geen set met een verassende platenkeus, maar voor de rest klopte alles. Het knalde de hele avond lang en de sfeer was echt helemaal geweldig! De gasten hadden het zelf ook echt naar hun zin, lekker veel technisch geklooi met effecten! Echt een super geslaagde avond! |

| I arrived home to Italy last night and have to say ARMIN IS #1, He came on and blew to roof off the Melkweg. He opend with Big Sky and I almost passed out it was sooo good, the energy was like I have never seen for an Armin Event. Matthew Dekay was really good and Markus had a great set, but after Armin I dont know how you can even attempt to be better, It wasnt possable! Also I went to the Flamingo Area in the early part of the night and saw Eric E and Fedde Le Grand and Camille Jones:eyespop: I have to say overall it was an Amazing Event over all and the Production was outstanding. Perfect Sound and lights.... Now I cant wait for Tiesto on 3 November at the HMH!:eyespop: |

Ik heb me eerlijk gezegd best goed vermaakt bij Hed Kandi afgelopen zaterdag in Hotel Arena :happy2: . Was wel een beetje lam van dat gesloop eerder de dag maar muziek was zeeeer ok :) !
Helaas niet meer feestjes meegepakt omdat ik geen vrijaf kon krijgen van werk :( . |
