I'm planning on buying a set of headphones since i cant seem to find my damn technics (i think the rats at the storage unit ate them). Only thing is, I've heard that the technic headphones break easily. I actually had mine repaired back in 06 by some cat that used to work at Mars Music when it was around. Havent really heard much about Pioneer headphones though. I think Lizandro had a pair that I used at the studio once, but cant remember how those were. Any suggestions?
I want excellent sound, but something that'll last me years too. |

IMO, the Pioneers sound better, the bass is clearer, but the Technics are more durable. A lot of people who have the Pioneers that I know have broken them.
I have the Tech's and they are rock solid. And this is coming from an ulger..... |

I used to have the sennheisers and liked them very much. But the range on the senns seems to be a little limited on the high end. Plus they were a little fragile for carrying all over the place. If they never leave your studio, they would be an options. The Techs have been very good to me. Just don't get the Pioneers. They straight up suck. |

| Admittedly the Sony's are the best. |

| Had the Sennheiser HD280's for years, they sound great and circumaurel cans = teh win... but they crack after a while like the sonys. I've wanted the HD25's for ages, but I should probably do some more research before I buy my next pair. Thanks for ruining my dreams Steve you cunt. |

| There is a reason why the majority of DJ's out there use the Techs....... |

| The Sony 700s suck. The 7506s are better than everything else on the market at that price point. |
