| You want justice......buy a case of stink bombs and stink bomb the entire area around the apartment.....her tenants will be bitching so much about the smell she will have to hire some expensive cleaning service to come and scrub the place down. :stongue: |

I'm all for it...but I think someone can conjour up something a little more EVIL :disbelief
But just to annoy her directly instead of the possible tenants and not have to go out of your way to go back there I would take all of her info and re-post the "vacant apartment" on a whole bunch of free add sites over and over again for months after the apartment is occupied for a super low price so she gets a million calls and changes her number. Unless of course she is a real estate agent, since that would accomplish quite the opposite. |

Actually they CAN do something.. We can start with: Free living for a year in that same apt..
Its called: Age discrimination.. Any decent lawyer will get them some money or that place free for a year..
I took some employment law classes and know the basics of LAW.. this is age discrimination and is ILLEGAL in USofA..

wrong.. there has to be a non-discriminatory legit reason why landlord picked someone over those kids who were in line FIRST..

perhaps you should have paid closer attention in class. Age discrimination is not necessarily illegal in the US, eg., senior citizen housing. |

I'm a land lord and you're wrong...I can discriminate against who I want to..Its my ing house after all..
When interviewing a number of people,,everyone except for the successful candidate gets discriminated against at some level,,or else how the would you narrow the field down..
However I'm a good landlord and unless you were a Mets fan I wouldn't discriminate against anyone.. |
