i don't know deadmau5 at all, but heard a couple of the tunes and a set or two, and I definitely dig `em! I think it's great to see Toronto talent being used internationally, regardless of who that might be. Not to start any sort of 'thing' here, but watching from a distance, it seems like ppl are focusing on the man instead of the music...isn't it supposed to be about the music? Congratulations, nevertheless Deadmau5.

at one time it was about the music but those days are long gone....if it was about the music then these Superstar DJs wouldn't be around.....its all about who spins the music now. |

Then we are responsible for this... Music is still the core, but you're right, people like to wrap it up with drama, judgment and other extraneous information.

Finally, someone with the right idea.....it should be about the music...whether you like the fluffy uplifting trance or the dark dirty house beats....its the music that moves us not the DJ....remember....without the music the DJ is just some person wearing earmuffs. |
