I used to pour a bit of water on the floors when there were sticky, but now wet floors for me are bad news.
I have also taken a wipeout at Sudbury 99 and most recently at Daft Punk (it was one hell of a wipeout too). I don't even need to be in a club for it to happen. Put me in the middle of Amsterdam on the tram tracks in flip flops and rain and I will wipeout.
No more water on the floors for me. :( |

| my only MAJOR spillout occured @ the sonic media party, just before grand opening... the unwaxed floors, plus ice/water on the floor = halycon spilling on to his back right hard. |

for me it makes a difference what kinda music it is. with trance i usually do. anything else..only if the floor is sticky and its preventing my feet from moving. for those that fall, i tend to guard my spot pretty fiercely. you are in much more danger getting elbowed in the face then falling from the water on the floor.
either way, i apologise for both (i guess..i mean you could just get the outta my way) |

More Often Than Not.
For some reason, I ALWAYS end up stepping in someone's gum.
Like WTF! Who spits gum out on the dance floor.
I usually poor a little water on the ground to get my shoes nice and slick, however most of the time I just look for someone elses wet spot to myself a little wet :eek:
If i do water myself down, i usually just a take a few drops and apply it directly to the shoe, and not neccessarily on the floor. |
