Late review I know but oh well. Got in there maybe 10-15 min after 6 on Friday. And, I would have to say, in all the Summerstages I've been to (Been to everyone but 2005) imo the sound system was definatly the best yet, so I was really happy about that. Then it started raining facee which I was really happy about because the last time it rained there he played a bunch of dark hard dirty beats that which I will never forget that experiance so I got pretty excited to see what he'd play. Well I still don't think it compared to the last time it rained, but the first 3 hours of his set (Give or take a few min) I thought was really damn good (For a summerstage set=x) Def thought it was a lot better then lastyear lol but doesn't compare with Roseland ; ; - But the last hour I just found to be really bad and didn't like it at all =/ And it honestly made me pretty upset lol because he was banging it out so nicely the first few hours - But I will have to admit I was expecting something like that to happen just was hoping it wouldn't, so I guess it could have been worse (Meaning if i wasn't expecting it, would of def been) haha.
But yea I had a blast and am def happy I went - I really didn't bump into any TA's at all (I really don't know a lot of the newer faces though =/) But it was awesome to bump into rubyriva who i haven't seen in soooooo long I'm glad she actualy even remembered me lol - And at the very very end I bumped into Tom :toocool: And got to meet his girlfriend too (I forget your name i'm sorry, not sure if i even heard it right tho when was told =x lol)
Can't wait to see how Roseland is, after lastyear i will NOT be going there "expecting" to be letdown at somepoint, like at summerstage :tongue2 |

I thought it was prefect but then again I usually wear earplugs but not for PvD :crazy:

I walked non-stop when I was in NY and going to PvD on Friday is one of the best decisions I've ever made! :happy2: :D |

hurray!!!!! hmm i cant watch those vids right now but any in the RAIN??????? im hoping so. i took some in the rain too but i haven't watched them yet. and i only had a SONY so im sure the quality aint too great esp in the rain :(. |
