Thanks dude, I chopped off the last 20 minutes in order to fit it to a cd. Plus, by accident I played the same track twice so I would have cut that out anyways. LOL |

| coming from cz was a bad idea...the difference in music was too much & a big buzzkill. creamers set was horrible in my opinion, and for some reason i take more notice to ed up ppl at the docks than any other club (altho it may not be the case). overall i regret going. and the last track he played made me feel like i was at a high school dance, he shouldnt have even bothered. |

Probably because the Docks parties are at the end of the weekend...when most people are coming off 1-3 days of partying already. |

I agree plus it's really bright there the sketchballs have no dark corner to hide in. |

Unlike most of the reviews for this party, I had an amazing time.
Tribal is where my hearts at and John Creamer definitely pulled through.
I heard some tracks I haven't heard in a VERY long time in a club.
Personally, the fact that John was going to get drinks and whatever he was doing, didn't detract from his set.
Thank you John for playing one of my favourite tracks of all time, that I have NEVER heard you play in a club...I wish you were here.*heart*
As for phantasm, I have never heard him, and heard bad reviews before I saw him. I thought he did fine. Track seletion was good.
Jeff, you were fantastic as usual! Thank you for your sending me your set :):)
I went tp Paeez after, and was ing blown away!!! WOW. This venue is totally underated (and I like it that way, as it wasn't packed at all)! Johnny White and Creamer...SIKK!!! I was in minimal heaven! |

John Creamer. What he did was one of the most disrespectful, insulting things any DJ could have ever done. I counted him leave the decks at LEAST 5 times (and he definitely left more times than that) to go for a smoke break, pour drinks, or do whatever the else he was doing.
I'm more surprised that all the promoters and ...the people who hired him, just stood there behind him and let him do it.
I guess I'm a ing Nazi, beause if I hired him, you best believe I'd have been there cracking the bitch whip and making him earn the money I paid him.
That was unbelievable. The best though, was some chick turning to me and saying, "OMG I LOVE HIM!!" I pointed at the empty decks and said, "Who? Nobody's even playing right now." ing moron.
I had a good time though, lol. |
Given that you pay that much attention to DJ's habit you likely have noticed that the majority of them don't smoke.
Knowing that John does, and that the AGCO is cracking down on venues in Toronto for any given reason...I personally asked him to smoke outside instead of in the booth. So as far as I am concerned...at least he had enough sense to RESPECT our venue and smoke outside.

Make excuses for him all you want. I still think it's unacceptable, and I think what he did was embarrassing.
Respecting the venue, lol. Give me a break.
Anyway like I said, I still had a good time and that's all that matters. Thanks for another good party. |
