i actually thought it was pretty mainstream. only fools that didnt understand it think its all cult or arthouse.
its funny, clever with an interesting topic of time travel. whats not to like? |

I thought the version in theaters was EXTREMELY boring and poorly directed (which already looked more in the hands of the $tudio than director, ala, Superman II) |

I dont think so. Ill level with you and agree that there are parts that are slow, and other parts that are poorly put together. You can tell that Kurt Wimmer (director) has some work to do on his technique. That being said, the reason I respect the movie so much is because of how cool it was despite the fact that the movie had a VERY low budget. The action sequences were pretty badass if you ask me.
And Christian Bale is ing ace as well. |
