dont any of you have work or school on a monday? :) so weird this is on a sunday.
if you want to hear what digweed will be playing in 3 months, come check out damian lazarus at stereo on friday :) he was just a guest on transitions. |

| i have class monday afternoon around 2:30 i think. think i can most likely make it. but yea sunday bookings are kinda weird. its never the same as a friday or saturday booking. ah well! |

dont get me wrong, i love digweed. i just know that alot of the records he plays go through lazarus first. alot of records that everyone plays go through him first. he is the owner of crosstown rebels. check out both nights:) they are both very similar, would have been awesome to have the 2 of them together.
you guys do realize that digweed is not really a prog dj anymore, right? one of the sickest massives ever was DIGWEED + DEEP DISH + SEAN CUSICK at parc jarry. 10000 people in scary costumes with a giant spider walking over the crowd. |

Ya most of us know he doesn't play prog anymore, and we also know how important it is to big up guys like Lazarus, but the constant underdogging on this forum is kinda wack.
I know Lazarus plays great records, it doesn't mean he's a better DJ than Digweed just because he got them first, Digweed could decimate 90% of other DJs with a record case from 2000 and we all know it, it's his "DJ sense" (Kinda like spidey sense, but he cant detect Dr. Octopus, bummer) that makes him great.
Great DJing is a combo of things, great and fresh records plays A HUGE role but it isn't the full picture in my opinion anyway.
Like you said, both nights will be great, they'll be enjoyed differently and the one wont overshadow the other I don't think. |

as i said, both nights will be sick.
let me be clear. I love Digweed, and i love lazarus:) there is no negativity in this post. no secret meanings, just that if you like digweed, try to check out lazarus cause i think most people will find they like both. |

| I'm def. going to Diggers but we'll have to see about Lazarus, been a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time since I've pulled a double afterhours weekend, been a longtime since I've even been out come to think of it :p |
