I understand you're just here to troll around and bash the genre, but at least get your facts straight. You know what they say: Those who can't argue become forum trolls :)

Fact straight ?

Don't know anything ?

Happy hardcore and Trance ?

Are u ing kidding me ?

Seriously, trance has NOTHING to do with Happy Hardcore and has EVERYTHING to do with 80's New wave and guess what, New was is still and will always be better than trance.

Maybe, as it is now, I just can't see any DJ really filling the shoes of the HUGE OMG SUPER STAR names, I dont seez it foo.

that's actually an interesting observation. With the internet and its accompanying file sharing, ripping, cd burning, Youtubing, etc, so prevalent now, so many new artists are trying to cut into a market that is becoming diluted with many new talents - to the point that the mainstays are the only recognizable artists who have maintained their market stronghold.

You only have see the download threads on TA: the Tiesto's, Cox's, Digweeds, Armins, PVDs, etc, have the most download links available. New artists have it tough trying to make a name within all that, hense the importance of PR campaigns such as dj mag voting and the like.

Also, the booking costs of some of these djs may have reached their apex. Fans will start to balk at overpriced tickets for artists who, in several cases, are past their prime and don't dj with that hunger anymore. The internet sure goes a long way in proving if an artist is still on his/her game, particularly with all these live sets circulating all over the planet.
