| How can he not smell it?? I know that people usually get accustomed to their own scent, but it's pretty ing obvious how bad his room smells in comparison to the rest of the apartment. |

It has nothing to do with being a girl. It has to do with being hygienic. This is MY ing apartment, and I like it CLEAN. Cleanliness isn't a "girl thing". |

if you own it.. (which i think you have said in the past you do, or family does or whatever) then you are the landlord... give him das boot... if not then you better pick your roomimes better...
if you dont own it then get your landlord involved if its so bad, b/c if your landlord doesnt care then you might be SOL..
regardless if its gross or not he lives there too and has a right to put apples or bread or whatever in the sink/ garbage.. |

| Were your actions really passive agressive? Sounds like you were fairly straight forward to me (despite choosing a medium other then verbal communication). A passive agressive response would have been allowing the garbage and crap to build up until such time as he became disgusted by it or developed some nasty infection subsequent to larva infestation and was moved to clean his up and never let it get that bad again. |

No he doesn't, because his name isn't on the lease. I WILL kick him out if he can't follow my rules, now that I have them blatantly posted up. |
