Let's say you're unhappy with the goings on at a club or with the promoters of said club. Would you not talk about it publicly and express your feelings so that the club/promoter would be informed?
Would said promoters PM you asking you delete the thread because of 'negativity'?
Just curious if it's a global thing or if this douchebaggery and chicanery is local :conf: |

| Vanguard is going to start having half the club be hip hop and the other half will belong to Giant. The hip hop promoter started a thread and got torn to shreds :stongue: and the thread was deleted. One of the Giant promoters asked him to delete it, so I made a thread asking what happened (I had missed the deletion part) and when people started discussing their disdain for hip hop again I was asked to delete MY thread because they didn't want the negativity. I don't know why I'm being asked to delete my thread, I'm not the one that made the decision to book hip hop, mash-up, and rock DJs at Vanguard on a predominantly dance music night in Los Angeles. Gross. |
