miss b? i really want to see her so i can tell you my opinion of her but i heard her cds and i like them, and if you say her live sets are better then whoa! ;). anyway seamn woulc have been even nicer but i will still pay more to see picotto than seaman.

britney may have no talent.. nsync may have talent. but they really dont have anything to do with the music they make. Alot of quality producers are behind the music who dont get any recognition. I agree that trance music can get cheesy and can be really poor quality. But so can house and any other type of music. Trance has alot of quality productions. Black Hole and Bonzai both put out loads of quality tunes.
could someone explain why she is hated so much? (other than that comment) I havnt been around all that long? What did she do? what was the fiasco? |

Delstar, I'm just a TranceAddict in training, here (which has no meaning), because i only recently discovered this site... I've been following trance for years...
737 is a piece of garbage hole that is filled with 16-20 year olds, most of them with fake IDs. Also filled with ginos that think they're all that and wannabe ginos that are lebanese (not necessarily you Zing and Charlie, and whoever). I'm 27 years old, maybe thats why I hate that club, I hate places filled with attitude...
Happy, didn't know that, but if you base yourself on her and her three words, you don't know what you're missing...

clubs ARE NOT afterhours.

What do you expect from 16-20 years old people except attitude? What do expect from girls in clubs? open their legs and tell you hit me daddy? what do girls expect from guys? being dressed like bums (a la afterhour?).
give me all a break here...
most of you in here are the afterhour type and find people in clubs arrogant because the way they dress bla bla bla...
if I take people from clubs and bring them to afterhours they'll say that you people in afterhours are ing drugged up, bums, crazy, and are NOT social (most people are in their own worlds high on something dancing alone not caring who's around), I heard it all.
If clubs were that bad we wouldn't have our explosive nightlife, and there's 10 times more people going to clubs compared to afterhours (being conservative here).
Don't go to an afterhour and expect a club crowd, the same the other way around, they're just both different.
Oh yeah and get out of your little bubble, not everyone likes electronic music. Its a big city, lots of people, lots of tastes, so live with it and stop complaining.
Whats the point here? No place is perfect, afterhours have their advantages as do clubs.
So stop this stupid useless bashing.

First off, I have to say, Dark man, that I haven't been completely out there in saying that the reason I'm not going to swirl is because of the big costs (I didn't know you can buy presale tickets online, I thought it was at sona only)... I've always known, since swirl tickets became available that I will be in TO that weekend for sure because two of my best friends have just moved there from here and I will take advantage of seeing Seaman and most of all them. We'll all go together, which also includes other friends that come with me...
Malek, here comes the flame :whip: :whip: :whip: :whip: :whip: ....... just kidding, I think what you worte is completely true. wasn't trying to compare afterhours and clubs... i said that about 737 because it is one of the main holes in montreal when it comes to clubs... Take a look, for example at Central Station or Millenium, I'de much rather go there then 737... the people are much more relaxed and much friendlier, and a lot of these party goers are also ravers and after hour goers (because, mostly for millenium, there is an after hour located right next to it)...
