אני חושב שמאז הפיכתה של רשת ג' לתחנה בעלת קונספט אחר, הרדיו הישראלי לא יודע לספק את צרכי הקהל הישראלי החובב פופ עולמי על סוגיו הרבים.
רדיו ירושלים בניצוחו של אלעד עמדי הצליח לשחזר את המצעד השבועי הלועזי לתקופה קצרה אך גם זה נקטע משום מה.
אני וחבריי נאלצים להסתמך על האינטרנט כמוצא אחרון אך יש לומר איכותי ומגוון יותר.
עדיין חסר חלקו הקלאסי של הרדיו האמיתי מעל גלי האתר בסצינה הישראלית וחבל... |

ונראה אותך מוצא כזה מבחר, כמות ושפע ברדיו ישראלי.
ועוד האומנים הכי טובים בעולם עושים תוכניות באינטרנט אז בכלל...
ולגבי יציבות כלכלית, אז זה
STORY OF MY LIFE.
ככל שאני מתבגר אני לומד שאפילו פרסום והצלחה לא מבטיחים יציבות כלכלית בעולם האומנות. יש מיליון דוגמאות, אפילו בחדשות יש כתבות על זה. אני הגעתי למסכנה שמוזיקה צריכה להיות תחביב בלבד עבורי. אם זה יתפתח ליותר מתחביב אז נדבר. |

I arrived with a 1000 guilden (400 euro... what was I thinking?! Chutzpa israelit...) and honestly I had no plans or knowledge of the music industry.... Kafatzti le'mayim amukim... Mark, I didn't feel like organizing ahead coz it was too much to do and I didn't know where to begin so I just went... Within four weeks since I arrived I worked in a record company. Nothing glamorous... It was a great start though... and things followed quickly. I didn't need to clean houses... and why would I? The universe knows that I am better at working in music than cleaning... etc etc...

Re. omanut... I think success is how you define it. I believe in all my heart that when you love something that much and invest in it all your love and passion - you are already rewarded coz you do what you like...
I often think that people have a bigger problem believing that they deserve this "job" of "success" though... accepting the initial thought that you have EXACTLY the same possibilities having a career in the music business (if you so wish) as ANY big artist...
Hell - I struggled with that sometimes as well... |

I heard someone saying the other day that radio is actually dying everywhere and only internet radio will survive... he said that once people will get internet radio in their cars noone will listen to their local radios anymore... Interesting though, don't you think? |

אמנם הגלובליזציה המוסיקלית שאנו נהנים ממנה תודות לאינטרנט היא דבר נפלא ומבורך בעל אפשרויות בלתי מוגבלות.
אבל, אין תחליף לתחנה המקומית שמשדרת קרוב לביתך ואתה יכול לחוש בכך את הסצינה...
