nah thats a big stretch. i have enough trouble with swedish as it is. there are some similarities i notice, but i doubt translations would do well/

very few phrases/ words
Chinese (Guangong Hua)
Japanese (I can say 'I am hungry' and 'thanks')
Spanish (I can order food/ beverages)

I want to learn either Chinese or Japanese..

I'm currently learning German and making progress; in fact, I can probably write simple essays and carry on a conversation in German.

German - can get by (3 years in HS)

I can as well understand Serbian, Bosnian, Slovenian (all of which are similar languages to Croatian...go figure why)

I can pretty well understand Chech too...sometimes:toothless

I wanna learn German 100% though..maybe if i got more motivation, i could break out some German learning tools;)

... excluding languages such as: the native tongue of the people of FIJI. :rolleyes:
