and there is still stuff to worry about, but at a different level. Like upgrades n such. We wanted tile all down stairs but didnt wanna pay the 3500 for them to do it, so I get stuck with it. plus some other crap. but I find it amusing. |

yes but thats better than worrying about a 20 year old roof, 10 year old furnace, a/c that's only God knows how old, etc... etc...
shouldn't fall apart on you right away, basically. |

well way back then it was a completely different story than now :D mucho has changed.
and thanx all. and yes it is the desert we get no yard :( unless you count the 8 ft x 48 ft bed of rocks between the house and cement block wall a yard :p |
