Welcome to vegas housing. :D
We are in a drought so we cannot use lotsa water. So any backyard cannot be more than 50% grass and the grass you are allowed to have never grows cause the ground is very very very hard. So you end up with a yard full of rocks. And since yards full of rocks suck ass nobody cares about yards. So all throughout vegas there are no yards and therefore houses are close together since there are only tiny yards seperating them.
also the closer houses are put together, the more houses the builder can sell. |
