First,

let me say that it's a huge honor for me to play for Bal en Blanc and Track Live, for NYE at Bell Center... it's a dream come true. I have a huge respect for everybody in that line-up.

Some seems to be sorry for me that I am opening. Don't be. I am very excited to be part of this event, and Bal en Blanc is giving me my first chance to play in a massive. Since I always change styles, and most promoters don't really know what I play, it's not an easy choice to book me or know where to put me in a line-up.

If I can play in those kind of events now, it's because of all that huge support everywhere on internet. So thanks to all of you. Hopefully it will not be the last ;-)

Second, yes I have 2 hours. Please don't forget that sometimes big events like that don't open on time, and it takes a certain time to get people to the dancefloor. Hopefully I will have enough time to get things rocking for Franco Fabi.

Third, everybody knows I can be very dark, and well, sometimes hard. I hope you can keep in mind that this is an early opening set.

Finally, please have fun. Big events like that have always been about mixing different styles, having several DJs sharing short timeslots. Come together, have fun, dance and smile.

:-)

I think people are more sorry about not being able to see you when it get's really crazy busy.

So many of us believe that you would fit very well in a later time slot.

But I agree with all the DJs in the world , for you to be on the list is a great achievement regardless of the timeslot....

For all those negative posts,

I understand you want more Trance (if your a Trance lover) but let me remind you that last year, Resolution07 had 3 hours of Trance and this year you get 5 hours, plus, you will probably enjoy Steve Lawler as a transition DJ cause he doesn't only play House music.

For the times slots, it's not easy as it looks to make a perfect line-up on NYE. There's flights schedules, contracts, hôtels, partners and others situations to deal with. You should all be happy that B&B people are working their ass off to present you an amazing event like Resolution 08.

Robbie J: I'm 29 years old, I don't pop pills anymore and I'll be able to work at Resolution from 7pm to 12pm for the love of music, I'm sure you can make it and have great PURE FUN ......and if you can't, well go somewhere else and stop annoying us with your bad comments.

Are you lonely and bored or just a potty mouth? (I've seen what you posted on XVI)

Marie de Montreal

Sry, there was more than 3 hours last year.. Second Sun is what to you?..

+ SVD isnt even really considered a trance dj.
ZraW
And if I am not mistaking, tiesto was scheduled to play from 5 to 9

So tiesto 4hours + Second Sun 1hours = 5hours..
robbiej
"Are you lonely and bored or just a potty mouth?" awesome at the end of semi-class post you get your vagina in a twist and try to troll me lol. But in all seriousness you have to be slightly kidding me or maybe your misinformed because 'tiesto' if you still call him a trance showed up at 830am.. just as last year and just as this year some people dont like keeping up to the end.. if your telling me you can go from 12 to noon without anything im calling it b.s miss marie... and dont stalk me from xvi to here please .. thats just weird.

i never seen so much people complain for nothing!

this is not a trance event or a house event. Its a Electronic dance music event. what the its becoming so boring to always read the same 5 people complaining because they didnt get they're little lollipop.

Well for my part, its not really the fact that there's more house than trance or whatever, i dont really care about that. What gets me frustrated is more the amount of time SVD and SCHULZ get as they are both top world djs, grondin and fabi, we can see every week, schulz and svd.. dont think so

and robbiej if u don't like what we are proposing don't buy a ticket and spend your NYE in Ottawa we don't really care. we will still have 7000 happy non-nagging positive person to party with.
