Hey everyone
I'm doing research for a class on rave culture
One question for you all:
In one word, or a short phrase - How does trance make you feel?
be honest... no right or wrong answers here obviously.
I know that different beats make you feel different emotions... but trance in general.
my answer was: disconnected or intangible

Music work depending on your mood and the time of the day.
When i was 15 i used to think trance was trippy. so in 1 word childish. |

topics like this make me want to cringe..
i really wouldn't differenciate trance from any other kind of music in this respect. if it's fast-paced & powerful then it can make me feel energised, if it has emotional overtones then it can make me feel like sitting back & reflecting, if it's then it makes me feel depressed.. etc. but the above can be applied for any kind of music.. and the term 'trance' is too diverse to be any more specific |
