There I was, playing around with the remix files and dropped the tempo and came up with this...

Celldweller - Switchback (3F05Q Morning Beats Remix)
4:03
94 bpm

Compared to the original song, it's quite different. Listen to the original here:

It's a pretty fun mix, to be honest. Seems I'm not the only one thinking that, seeing the comments I've recieved. Feel free to comment (read: say nice things) on the comment deal there.

Best heard loud... honestly... sub recommended.

I've already submitted a revision to pick up the latter minute of the song with additional vocal edits... hopefully they'll update it soon.

ENJOY!!!

It's a very good remix you've done here although the sound quality of the player sucks. Well chosen sounds und fx, bass and scratches are very cool. :) Vocals fit as well to the whole atmosphere of the track.

Greetings :)

I like this track, its cool.. nice effects and beats, with a hardcore vocals.

its a little messy but very cool.
sterilis
vocal fits with it well. everything works well in the track although i think as mentioned it sounds messy due to that sound player. similar to myspace i guess with their bitrate.

im not familiar with the original wouldnt be the sort of music id be into but defo like what youve done with it.

thanks for the comments!

I'll say that it's quite different from the original, that's for sure.

I agree on the player... made it sound muddy. Could be my conversion to MP3 too. Original wav sounds fine.

Well, nice to know there aren't any negatives from you guys. Guess that's what I'm going for most.

Thanks again!

i have yo said that i really dont listen breaks or something like that.

Equos
Not really a fan of the harder stuff but the work you put into this really comes through! All the sounds work great together and judging from the feedback I'm sure you're enjoying the outcome. Nice track!

this is really cool man. i dunno what to call it but reminds me of the electronica/industrial stuff that was coming out in the late 90's. no real production critiques, i think the parts work great maybe the percs are a lil dry but thats what makes the industrial sound what it is.

G Cazali, Equos, ... Thanks for taking the time to listen.

It's nice to read good wors consistantly, for once! At least I know I'm getting better each time, which is what matters most to me right now.

You're allowed 8 entries for this competition, so I have a few more in the works at the moment.

Cybernetika has one posted on that site too... go check it out and support him!

I liked your remix for the earlier competition. :)

Yes very cool track. As somebody else mentioned on the listening page, this would be great on a movie soundtrack.

Very refreshing to hear something different on the TA forum which is probably partly why I enjoyed it so much.

Well done
