Man, if you got rid of Oakenfold this show would be so much better. I still may try to make it out to this one, but I can't make any promises since I'm soingpoorit'snotevenfunny.

you are sooooo wrong my friend!

Oakenfold has been tearing the roof of all his tour dates in the UK over that last month playing some fantastic sets to rave reviews. Had the chance to catch him twice over the month and he played inspired but different sets on both occasions.

my advise is check him out and you may we be surprised.

The new southern sun mix (oxymoron?) is pretty good even though the song is long gone. Oakey still holds a place in my trance heart.

i remember seeing him new years, i was very surprised someone could trainwreck every mix.

the only good thing was i got to hear traffic live for the first time. other than that it was pretty much the worst person i have ever seen mix. his essential mix of 2006 was also a classic filled with trainwrecks and mixes off key.

but im shure he will be great in atlanta:stongue:

Actually I really liked his 'Creamfields' comp from 2004, but thats not a live mix.

Either way I'm bringing a copy of 'Perfecto Fluoro' for him to sign. He USED to be really good...

That mix was more entertaining than most EMs simply because it made me laugh :haha:

Hybrid's myspace and the show list on hybridsoundsystem.com both list this gig as Hybrid playing a dj set, so whats the deal is it them playing live or not?
