People at work that I'm not close to think because I'm together, get my done and can engage in moderately intelligent conversation that I'm a nice girl whose big plans for the weekend might include gardening or some ...older people think I'm just fantastic. As for being out, I believe in having a good time and I'm always dancing and up for having a good time...pisses me off that everyone just assumes I'm on something cause I'm not. |

The most common misconception people hold about me is that I'm constantly mad. For some reason I never smile and have a serious look on my face in everyday life. Lol I'll always have people come up to me and ask me if something is wrong. It's funny cause people think I'm all serious and stuff :p . Another thing is people tend to think I'm vain, or concieted. The word makes more sense in spanish "creido", been called that many a times by girls. For the most part it stems from me not having the "want" to say hi or acknowledge everyone. i soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo know what you mean.
like my dentist a couple years back. she was the one who managed my whole affair with braces. whenever i went there, my mouth would hurt like a bitch, so i wasn't really in a great mood. not bitchy or anything, just i'd be as curteous as expected, and limit myself to that.
the dentist once asked my mom if i hated her.
i've also met a bunch of people who confess to me they had seen me around and were almost "afraid" to come talk to me, as i seemed angry all the time.
then, i had a girl call me cold and emotionless... ok, but that's a different story. |
