::: FREE Event @ The Mor :: Sunday, October 7th :::
4 weeks have passed and it's time to UNWIND all over again... Should be another fantastic night!
Big thanks to everyone that came out for last month's Labor Day Celebration party with our Guest DJs: Joey Medina, Christopher Reddick & Iss.
It was another INSANE :eyes: night. All the DJs played hot sets and everyone was having a great time.
This Sunday, for our Oktoberfest Celebration party, we've got a great line-up of talented DJs who are local and all happen to be TA's :)
We're happy to have return guest appearances by Engineer of Sound (EOS), who will be doing a very cool Live A/V show (not to be missed) and Roman S.(Funkmaster Flex filling Randy Seedy Seidman's slot like we know only he could :stongue: ) Residents C Em_Soul, Alex Z. and myself will be completing the line-up. We'll also have the visual projection in full effect again :D
We kick off the night @ 7PM and will be doing '2 for 1' Happy Hour appetizers & bottled beer from 7:00PM - 10:00PM
Moral of the story? Great music and vibe all night long as usual. :D

** If you haven't been down to the Mor yet you've got to check it out, its an awesome little spot for winding down (hence the UNWIND name) on a Sunday night with an excellent sound system, awesome decor, great bar, friendly staff, and most importantly, good music & people and all right by the beach in Santa Monica!

From Wikipedia.... “The event traditionally takes place during the 16 days up to and including the first Sunday in October.”
From the Oktoberfest 2007 Website... “On Saturday, September 22nd, the Schottenhamel tent is the place to be, if you want to catch the official opening ceremonies. At noontime, 12pm, the lord mayor of Munich will have the honor of tapping the first keg of Oktoberfest beer. Once the barrel has been tapped, all visitors will then be allowed to quench their thirst. It pays to arrive early in order to experience the festivities up close and personal and it’s quite common for visitors to come around 9am to secure good seats. The festival will last until October 7, 2007"
