Here are my points on why all ages and to a lesser degree 18+ events suck.
I'm a drunk.
I want to drink through out the entire venue, not just in beer gardens.
I don't want to wear a wristband.
I don't want hot jail bait talking to me about their ing HS classes/teachers/drama.
I don't want to get kicked out of a place I want to be very much and paid quit a bit for just because some idiot bouncer sees me talking to said jail bait and they get the impression I am giving my booze to said jail bait.
Being drunk in a crowd is hard enough without tripping over idiot e-puddles (mind you, I like the e myself, but for sake go sit next to a wall out of the way if you need to sit).
I like to look at hot chicks dancing, but pedophilia revolts me. I like knowing the chick I am ogling is of age.
I could go on, but I'm sick of typing. |

It seems to indicate they will be bringing in the New Year at 12:00 and Ferry will take over at 2:30. Unless you think Ferry is gonna tag team with them :p |

Completely off-topic....
Has anyone been to Amsterdam for NYE?
I found a cheap biz class ticket to AMS yesterday, and I have enough points to stay for free for 5 days in the city.
I'd be going alone, but I could easily meet new people :)
Any thoughts?
(I was planning to go to somewhere warm instead, but tickets to Hawaii are $$$, and rooms are not cheap either. Still looking at South America.) |
