Now I can't take credit for coining the term (an RJ original) - but I figured a thread is deserving Megamind related stories. Megamind is basically a fancy shmancy word for 'psychic' or 'wtf i was just thinking that'. To that effect....
So I had this bizarre dream this morning where my office was completely flooded. I was panicking, running around trying to unplug a bunch of wet electrical outlets while my co-workers watched me in disbelief. Stupid dream, I know.
I wake up pretty much in mid-dream this morning, wondering WTF was that? So I head into the bathroom to take a piss. I hang one, flush the toilet, and charge my electric shaver all within a minute. Then all the sudden my electric shaver charger shuts down. I check to see if I blew a fuse, I did not. So I pull out the multi plug outlet, and just as I do - I feel my sock is wet. I look down - THE TOILET IS FLOODING.
So basically, I found myself (more or less) in an identical situation as in my dream literally ten minutes after having it. That's ed.

I hate when that happens first thing in the morning. My 'spider sense' is hard to notice when Im groggy. |

I should also point out - the bathroom is about six years old.... and as far as I know there has NEVER been a flood, nor any issues electrical related.

Ask Adam, this happens so often to me that I rarely notice it anymore.
Thinking about people and then them calling or texting or knowing who has left me a voicemail without me expecting a call as well as sensing when someone subconsciously feels something even when it isn't in their conscious thought yet.
If I kept a record, I think I would end up in a nut house as it would freak me out. |
